Dr Mimi Chen

Dr Chen is a Consultant Endocrinologist and Honorary Senior Lecturer at St George’s University Hospitals NHS FT, London. She heads the Medical Obesity Service and a key member of the Joint Bariatric MDT Service at St George's. She is the current Diabetes UK Clinical Champion leading the peri-operative diabetes optimisation initiative in joint working with anaesthetists and surgeons at St George's to improve patient care and surgery outcome.
